Missing Episodes direct download links

First identified with Self-Hosted Episode 0 which is listed on Fireside, but not on JB.com

https://www.jupiterbroadcasting.com/show/self-hosted/page/7/

JB.net is just putting in no reference to the downloadable media, so failing silently because of this.

This was the error thrown after changing how the data-structure works.

Now with this change we'll log when this happens (eventually notify) and it'll be an AttributeError on a None object.

There's also a LAN episode "Goodbye From Linux Action News" (no number between 152 and 153, I numbered it as 152.5 since that's allowed by podcast index standards) - the episode is listed on JB but not on fireside

Ya, I love that you used the .5 thing and your comment in the code 😁

I saw that with the jb_populate_episodes_urls function (here (I modified it so it's a bit easier to add checks in the future)), but didn't think about it not being on fireside...🤔 I'll have to figure out a test for that...

Lol, ya that's valid 😅 just wanted to let you know that if you do read it, it might not be 100% accurate 🙃

It now is no longer WIP though, so it is now a "finished" issue description.
