IAC would be dependent on uptime kuma supporting this method of configuration. For now its just a GUI based configuration (booo).

Each request needs information about the endpoint to be monitored. The type of check you'd like (TCP, other?), is it a port? What's the URL? etc etc. Also the frequency and acceptable failure windows.
