Summary

5 LLM providers lack dedicated test suites: Groq, Mistral, OpenRouter, Azure OpenAI, Cerebras.

Tests Per Provider

• Basic completion
• Streaming responses
• Rate limit handling (429)
• Auth errors (401/403)
• Model info

Acceptance Criteria

• Test suite for each of 5 providers
• Each suite has ≥5 tests
• All tests pass with mocked responses
