Tracker: Runtime CRT work for `crt-1` release

There are current 3 PRs that needs to be reviewed into crt_release (which is an old branch used as a base for all CRT work).
These PR are based one on top of another, hence they must be reviewed in the following order:

• remove symbol map from runtime Symbol string for issue_token  #4789
• Avoid that Amm and revenue split being active CRT: Revenue splits and AMM may be active at the same time, causing unexpected states #4783

• remove the deadline parameter from amm extr.s Block timestamp not reliable for AMM #4483
• both module account and amm treasury account are guaranteed to be initialised with ExistentialDeposit Initialise CRT module account on runtime upgrade #4198

• Settle debate on default value for Amm params Consideration on AMM parameters #4488
• benchmark Amm extrinsics Benchmark AMM extrinsics #4446
• merge changes for Patronage interest rate calculation #4378
