Idea: Option to feature content

https://l1.media now has a Featured page to highlight content that support the platform as a whole, either being tutorials, council discussions or by funding development.
Add a button to the sidebar that will start a funnel to enable creators (requirements: wallet connected, channels present) to select videos from their channel(s) and buy a spot to be highlighted on the featured page and the homepage.
Sorting will happen based on total all-time contribution amounts per video / channel.

Scope

1. Add a modal
2. Select Channel
3. Select Video
4. Optionally add more videos
5. Select wallet and check available amount
6. Input amount
7. Check fee
8. Sign tx to the apps group wallet
9. Add a page to the account content menu
10. List own featured videos with current positions and status
11. Option to add more or change the position

Requirements

• The data about payments to AWG must be provided to atlas by a DAO hosted API
• Orion must be modified to ingest that data and adapt its algorithms
