Add rule-based categorisation

• To increase categorisation accuracy of common apps/services such as Deliveroo, Uber, Fuel Companies, etc.
• Need auto rule-based categorisation of transactions with specfic 'type'. E.g. 'Withdrawal', 'Funds Transfer' (positive amount indicating transfer in, negative amount indicating transfer out), 'Standing Order' (recurring payments - indicating rent, bills, subscriptions etc.), 'Counter Credit' (Typically similar to Funds Transfer).
