Customers are limited to purchasing one phone number per tenant for Azure Communication Services through the Phone Numbers SDK or through the Azure Portal. Customers who are interested in a special order (ex. acquiring large quantities of numbers or specific area codes) can do so by following the process below. For more information on how to acquire a phone number, see the quickstart here.
PLEASE NOTE: You need to have an eligible Azure Subscription and Resource to be able to purchase numbers.
You will need to work through the following steps:

- Manual / Bulk Number Acquisition Form for United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Denmark telephone numbers
- Manual / Bulk Number Acquisition Form for Ireland telephone numbers
- Manual / Bulk Number Acquisition Form for Italy telephone numbers
- Manual / Bulk Number Acquisition Form for Sweden telephone numbers

In some countries, releasing a telephone number needs to be done through our Service Desk team.
