[EXPO] Unable to Properly Install on iOS Simulator (prebuild command)

Describe the bug
Installing on a fresh expo project and failing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone: https://github.com/taufan-colliers/image-marker
2. run npm install
3. run npx expo prebuild
4. See error

Expected behavior
Able to install the package with basic prebuild command

Devlopment environment(please complete the following information):

• OS: OSX
• nodejs: 23
• react-native: 0.81.5
• react-native-image-marker : 1.2.9

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: Simulator
• OS: 18.5/26.2
