Add ability to alter the settings of a current existing note

If a note exists, the properties of the note should be able to change. The user will be brought along the settings of creating that note. Entries will be kept.
`note editfile -f <filename>`
Note: if no filename is included, give a prompt regarding while whether the user wants to change the default
