add ability to archive notes

Allow users to keep notes on file, but not have them generally displayed

note archive will allow users to select notes they want to archive (same functionality as delete)
note add -a <filename> tag will cause notes to be archived, if passed with an add action [note that note add -la will cause a note to be added to archive and for the entire list to be listed, including archived notes]
note list -f <filename> -a tag will cause lists to be listed with the archived elements
otherwise -a has no functionality
