Hi, Many thanks for the question.
The most common cause of these sort of issue is a problem wih the time axis, not correctly matching the model. This looks okay here but I can't be sure.
These distortions could also be easily causing a problem. Once solution could be to mask these data points so they are not used during the fit, but the fit is still evaluated at these points. It is very similar to how we fix crossing echoes: example here
