Address review feedback: fully-qualified types, member ordering, and diagnostic improvements

• Fix typo: DiagIdInvalidAdapteType → DiagIdInvalidAdapteeType
• Update XML docs: clarify return type must match exactly (not just "compatible")
• Use fully-qualified format in GetMemberSignature for parameter and return types
• Use fully-qualified format in property de-duplication signature
• Preserve target contract declaration order instead of alphabetical sorting
• Make implicit filters explicit using .Where() in all foreach loops

• Integration tests: All 21 adapter example tests passed
• Code review: No issues found
• Security scan: No vulnerabilities found
