`jana2_tutorial_podio` installation breaks user environment

Would it be possible to disable building or installing these tutorials?

Likely the underlying bug is in PODIO (based on eic/detector_benchmarks#168 (comment)), but also not sure how ROOT can possibly handle two "overlapping" data models in its path.

I think this may have been fixed by 6dd234e#diff-eaadb177660339809c550b443e53e0e6009ad9cb4cb07438f24b8cf59c3c10c0 (change to src/examples/tutorial_with_podio_datamodel/01_datamodel/CMakeLists.txt).

The JANA2 example datamodel builds a dict with headers in include/jana2_tutorial_podio_datamodel, but (in 2.4.3) the headers get installed to include/jana2_tutorial_podio/datamodel.

I'll go ahead and add an option to disable building/installing the tutorials/examples.

• I assume you'll need a patch that spack can apply to v2.4.3?
• Any ideas why this bug waited so long to pop up?

A patch would be appreciated. The bug appeared in 25.12.0, which came around the time we updated to PODIO 1.6 and JANA2 2.4.3.
