CLI Pulse
Last Updated: April 2, 2026
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using CLI Pulse, you agree to these Terms of Use.
CLI Pulse is a developer application that helps you monitor usage, quotas, resets, sessions, alerts, and related metadata across supported AI and CLI providers.
The app may include:
- macOS, iOS, watchOS, or widget interfaces
- Optional Cloud Sync for multi-device access
- A helper component that runs on your Mac to collect local provider data
- Subscription-gated features provided through Apple's in-app purchase system
Some features require an account.
Cloud Sync is account-based, not direct phone-to-Mac pairing. To use synced history or view data on iPhone and other devices, you may need to register and run the helper on a Mac associated with your account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your devices and local OS account
- Protecting access to your provider sessions, browser profiles, and local credential stores
- Keeping your account credentials accurate and up to date
If you choose to run the helper, you authorize CLI Pulse to inspect local system state needed to detect supported providers and compute usage metadata.
You remain responsible for your local environment and any third-party provider accounts configured on that device.
CLI Pulse may offer auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Available plans, pricing, billing periods, and included features are shown in the App Store and in the app at the time of purchase.
Subscription terms:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account subscription settings
You agree not to:
- Use CLI Pulse for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the service or bypass subscription or account controls
- Use CLI Pulse in a way that violates the rights of third parties or the terms of the providers you connect to
CLI Pulse is provided as a monitoring and convenience tool. Provider quotas, usage numbers, reset times, and cost estimates may depend on third-party data sources, local environment state, cached snapshots, and heuristics.
We do not guarantee that:
- all provider data will always be available
- every displayed metric will be perfectly accurate
- the app or helper will operate without interruption
You may stop using CLI Pulse at any time. You may also sign out, unpair helper devices, cancel subscriptions through Apple, and request account deletion where that feature is provided.
We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.
CLI Pulse and its original software, content, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
CLI Pulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLI Pulse and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CLI Pulse after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
