Case Sensitive Hash Tables

Hash tables in Start-SqlSpade.ps1used for passing parameters and overrides to Run-Install.ps1 are initialized using New-Object hashtable which makes them case sensitive, and causes parameters and overrides that are not provided in exactly the same case as expected in Run-Install.ps1 not be recognized.
