Error at moment to start Start-SqlSpade.ps1 on Windows Server 2008R2 #13

Hi All
I'm trying to star the start.bat and right after start it an error message is displayed.
Opening the Start-SqlSpade script using PowerShell ISE
Start-Process : This command cannot be executed due to the error: The system cannot find the file specifie

start-process ltltltlt PowerShell_ISE.exe -argumentlist S:\Tools\Start-SqlSpade.ps1 -verb RunAs
CategoryInfo : InvalidOperation: (:) [Start-Process], InvalidOperationException
FullyQualifiedErrorId : InvalidOperationException,Microsoft.PowerShell.Commands.StartProcessCommand
Seems to that the Start-SqlSpade.ps1 is not accesible but this file is currently located in the same folder that the start.bat file is located.
Please can you help me on this.
