how can I insert version finder in a one time for month root whm cronjob?

You have a few options on where you can put the cron.

1. You can create a file in /etc/cron.d or use crontab -e (as root) with the following format to run a job monthly. This will show outdated installs and send an email only if something is found:

0 0 1 * * /root/bin/versionfinder.pl --outdated --noemptyreport --email you@example.com

2. You can create a executable bash script in /etc/cron.monthly:

#!/bin/bash
/root/bin/versionfinder.pl --outdated --noemptyreport --email you@example.com

Both of these options can take any of the additional flags, such as alternative directories to also scan.
