Problem: The Overview page is 100% stale placeholder copy — it hasn't been updated even though run-history and portfolio views have since shipped real functionality.
Area: AMS / Miner UI
Proposal: Rewrite the Overview page to summarize real, live data — recent runs, portfolio status, pending claims — rather than placeholder text.
Deliverables:
Design system: this rebuild must use the shared design-system package from #4966/#4967 (design tokens + shadcn-style component library) — do not add new hardcoded colors/fonts/styling. If #4966 hasn't landed yet, hold this issue rather than building against the current ad hoc stylesheet.
