connect_timeout not applied for unix sockets

Hi.

By some unknown reason connect_timeout is not applied when connecting through unix socket. When my memcached is very hardly loaded (during DoS attacks) it does not reply to connects and thus scripts are just hanging (having connect_timeout set to 0.2 sec).

Please, correct this bug.
