Here is my hastily created English translation of the colab and accompanying infer-web.py file.
After running the colab cells for installation of the https://github.com/liujing04/Retrieval-based-Voice-Conversion-WebUI files, replace their version of infer-web.py with my version of infer-web.py.
I do not plan on updating these files, so they are as they are.
