Service Statistics

In a time interval of e.g. 1h or 15min, the following parameters should be logged:

• Count number of open SignalR connections
• RAM usage
• Number of newly created users
• Number of newly created lists
• Number of all users
• Number of all lists
• "Fatal" marked log events

Stats should not be available to the API but stored in JSON File or DB.
