Feature Request: Agilent/Keysight E8257D PSG Analog Signal Generator support

Request to add basic support for E8257D for use as an RF signal generator (frequency, magnitude, CW/swept, etc). This would be used as a higher frequency alternative to the Agilent 33220a currently implemented.
