This wrapper allows to use Telegram messenger as file storage. You can store any kind of data files inside of your Telegram channels equal or less than 20Mb (limited by Telegram). You can store there your cache files or regular images for web site or other large number of stuff like sitemaps.
Redis, Memcached or MongoDB are used as metadata storage. It stores addresses of allocated on Telegram files.
