This utility
- checks if you have git installed and installs it if the user wants
- validates your wakatime config or creates it if necessary
- checks your API key and replaces it if required
- makes sure you are using the right server
- checks if VS Code and all Jetbrains IDEs has the Wakatime extension and installs them on demand
- makes sure VS Code is not overriding your API settings
- allows installing Wakatime terminal
