Possibility for training using a subset of tomograms then predicting for the entire set of tomograms?

The current setup of isonet2 appears to be geared to train/predict on the entire subset of input tomograms you provide. However, is it possible to train on a subset of your tomograms and then predict the rest in your tomogram set? e.g. Add extra tomograms to your star file after training

yes You can obtain a model from a subset of the tomograms. And create new star file for the entire dataset and predict using the model trained.
