New URL shortener in the house: share.google
The difference with this one is we probably can't make quite the same "safety" argument that we made for bitly and the others. The argument here is more about the tracking to which people are exposed.
Ok so once we make the "tracking" argument, then there's a follow-on to be had around all the ?utm= links that get posted. Should we then move to disallow links that have utm stuff in them?
