PROXYBOUND_WORKING_INDICATOR should allow a custom filename

Hi, thanks for this project!
Reading the README, I wondered, how would working indicators from multiple proxybound instances be separated? I suggest it should continue to accept "0" and "" for off, and "1" for the default path, but also a custom path.
