Add examples and fix support for hybrid overprint profiles

In proposing an ICS for hybrid overprint simulation profiles an examples of overprint simulation is needed.  While developing an example image and profile with scripts to create overprint previews I discovered some minor issues with validating an overprint simulation profile.  Small changes to the profile validation coder are needed.
