This Issue opened with the need for documenting all workflows for Maintainers. The initial .yml Commits were bootstrapped with markdown documentation now on cfl branch at URL https://github.com/InternationalColorConsortium/iccDEV/tree/cfl/Testing/Fuzzing/docs/workflows.

Documentaition may be upstreamed to main branch in the future.
