Add explanations for users on the initial page of the website.

Description

Currently we assume the user knows how to use the tool/has read the Readme. If we want new users to be able to use the tool we need documentation within the website.

Acceptance

• Add further explanations of the buttons and text fields in form of tooltips the user can hover over or questionmarks the user can click on next to the corresponding field
• Add a link to the Readme on the initial page

Definition of Ready

If this issues has been discussed with the team and everybody agrees that it is implementable within one iteration, you can assign the label ready to it.
