How to send shipping details to instamojo ?

Hi,
i have a form that sends (Post) data to instamojo. The data a form sends is as follows

1. phone
2. email
3. buyer_name
4. amount
5. purpose

But what i have to do to post the following details :

6. shipping_address]
7. shipping_city
8. shipping_state
9. shipping_zip
10. shipping_country
