Registered shortcut may already be used

The registerShortcut function returns true, even when the shortcut is already used by another application. We need to somehow deal with it.

it would be also cool in general to be able to configure the shortcuts. Do you think this might be possible?

While I'm currently not able to work on this project due to time constraints, this should be possible. Actually, this might be possible already, as those shortcuts should appear in systemsettings (in the global shortcust section, listed under KWin).
