[Bug] Some videos are buffering constantly, but strangely only in the main build of 5.1.1.

Describe the bug

On the main build of 5.1.1, some videos will buffer every 10-15 seconds (similar to what happened in 5.1.0, which made me think that YouTube's toying around with their API again), BUT they'll play just about fine (minus staticy audio) in the nightly build of 5.1.1. What exactly is going on, and will there be a fix for this?

I think this is the same error? This pops up every 15 seconds or so. Video stops, begins to buffer and then this.
