[Feature request] Please add ''Maximum playback speed" into the settings

Feature Description

In NewPipe, the maximum playback-speed for videos is 3x

In Tubular, Menu > ⚙Settings > 🎧 Video and audio > "Maximum playback speed"
allows users to select their own maximum, from "2x", "3x", "5x" and "10x"

In PipePipe, the maximum playback-speed is 10x, and I cannot find any option to reduce this.

Ideally I'd like Tubular's option to be added, so I can set "2x", which then makes it easy to pick that speed
for a video, as I just drag the slider all the way to the right, which would then mean 2x for me, not 10x.
