Adjust Copy on Project Snowshoes Site

I didn't even get through two sentences, and I'm already cringing at what is sadly some of the better copy that's ever been written for Snowshoes. "To prove it, we're working on a proof," is the first terrible example you'll see. We're using a dog that was used in r/photoshopbattles for our construction page. 

This needs help, and a lot of it.
