Re-evaluate color choices on account deletion

While the original intuition was to make a safe option green for any potentially destructive path of actions, this particular color choice of making "Cancel" green on account deletion and "Proceed" red is potentially misleading. For context, here's what is currently present:

We may want to explore removing color from these buttons, yet this leads to a bit of uncertainty. Any commentary on the matter would be appreciated.
