Grant Kun Access to Azure SQL DB to test products

Speaking with a friend, @situkun123 he is also keen to explore data tools and test them.

I need to grant him admin access so he can drop, make, pipeline data into the database.

@situkun123 - I have ip whitelisting on for access. So I suspect we'll encounter some teething issues with trying to new products. Can you share your ip address and we can test/trial which one's work and don't?
