I think I found a conflict between the Perch Forms app and impeng_responseprune... When I go to export form data from Perch Forms with impeng_responseprune installed, I get this error:
Cannot declare class PerchForms_Forms, because the name is already in use in .../perch/addons/apps/perch_forms/PerchForms_Forms.class.php on line 0
If I remove impeng_responseprune, it works again.
