Turn into template repo

Make this a template repo for constructing a GitHub + Hugging Face Org catalog. This requires:

• creating a config file to set the target orgs
  • assess modularization and variable definitions as appropriate for this
• adding instructions for personalizing:
  • configs
  • logo
  • title
  • color scheme
    Once all these are done, it's just a switch to turn the repo into a template repo.

The generalization of code could probably be done simply with defining constants at the top of the files (e.g., for colors, org name). A few more comments in the code might be added to point to particular sections (GitHub vs Hugging Face handling, etc.).

Then it's just documentation for how to use the template/personalize (similar to the Collab Guide section, though without the contributing back part).
