Search dialog does not prevent scrolling of the main page

1. Open https://staging.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-react/react/components/grids/data-grid#grid-column-configuration
2. Open the search and type Agent skills
3. Scroll down to the last search result
4. Keep scrolling up and down
   Observe that the underlying doc page is scrolling instead of the search dialog
