The sustained alert mode handed off too late on high-rate streams and the digest output didn't expose per-period vs total counts, making it hard to read.
Add a rate-aware early handoff from ramp to sustained mode, expose periodCount metadata, and show per-period plus total counts in the sustained formatter. Change the default sustained digest interval to 15 minutes. Released as 1.1.0 and bumped across backend, relayer, indexer, bots, and nestjs-common in the prediction monorepo.
