Add an option to show a list of upcoming tournaments in a channel

• The user should be able to select a channel to send the list to
• The bot will ping Battlefy for a (configurable?) organization's tournaments and send the list to the chosen channel.
• The list should update once every 8(?) hours
• Displayed time zones should be configurable: For example, if a tournament name contains the phrase "Swim or Sink", display American times. If a tournament contains "King of the Castle", display European times.
