seawater package deprecated

Opening this issue as a reminder for myself:

I've started getting a warning that the seawater package is deprecated in favour of the gsw package for water property unit conversions. The potential density function that we use from seawater uses practical salinity as an input whereas the gsw package uses absolute salinity to calculate potential density, so it's not the same. Maybe we can continue using seawater despite the warning...

I tried using the link https://github.com/IOS-OSD-DPG/IOS-CTD-Batch-Processing at mentionned in the readme.md but it does not work.
