Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I've just used extractEnv() with the bathymetry dataset and noticed that the output is not one but two columns (bathy.ID and bathy.bathy). The later contains the measurements we are after, the former is not needed and should be removed.
@vinayudyawer sus[ects it might have to do with the recent terra updates.
