[shinyReport("transmitters")] Add filters by species in network map

Filter by species so the map shows the network of all individuals in that species.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a species filter so that the map produces a network just by the species selected

Describe alternatives you've considered
Create a network based on the species. We'll have to change the way the network is produced, and group by species instead of transmitter ID.

Very good suggestion. The challenge lies in computing time to plot the network for several individuals. A couple of options to explore:

1. try to find alternative plotting method with @vinayudyawer
2. save the network connections as path shapefile and then plot it? (might be quicker)
