Reference to non-existent transaction in figure

Issue 1:52.4.2.1.2 Pre-Rendered Report Process Flow Diagram, at the bottom, contains a reflexive arrow on the Image Display with a label 'Display Images [RAD-145]'. We do not have a display images transaction in IMR (perhaps we thought about it at one point

Proposed Change Keep the reflexive arrow, but remove RAD-145. Search the IG to ensure that RAD-145 does not appear elsewhere.

Priority:

• Low: Typo or other minor classification that an editor can manage. Requires no group discussion.
