Hi @jia-huang ! Thank you for your inquiry and apologies for the late response.

We have currently open-sourced the weights for the SMI-TED Light, which has demonstrated more effective balance of performance and efficiency for molecular representation tasks in our studies. We do have an initial checkpoint for the SMI-TED Large version - please note that it has not yet been fully studied. If the community understand this developmental status and wish to conduct further experiments beyond our current scope, we would be pleased to publicly provide the download link for the pretrained SMI-TED Large weights.
