feat: create rest api service wrapper for code execution functions

Plan to do first iteration with a restapi service style execution. Where we keep listening for code snippets send over rest and keep the session until user discards session. It would look something like…

• v1/create-new-exec-session returns a new execution session_id , say session_xyz
• v1/execute_code/{session_xyz} -d pythoncode
• All execute_code with the same session_id will be run in the python interpreter created for that session_id
• We can still wrap this with a g.execute() for ease of use.
