Remove keycloak dependency and replace that with a generic OIDC library.

As above create a new AccessTokenProvider incorporating a generic OIDC library that would replace the KeycloakAccessProvider .

Isn't keycloack client a generic OIDC client, or am I missing something here ??

Mmmh good point @barreiro , I did not consider that the Keycloak client here could work as generic OIDC client 💡

Worth to investigate deeper, because if that works no further changes are required
