[DX] Set up GitHub Projects board for tracking contributions

Overview

With contributors across contract, frontend, and backend, a public project board lets anyone see what's available, in progress, or blocked.

What needs to be done

1. Create a GitHub Project (v2) under HyperSafeD org: "SecureFlow Roadmap"

2. Columns: Backlog → Up for Grabs → In Progress → In Review → Done

3. Automate:

   • New issue → Backlog
   • `good first issue` label → Up for Grabs
   • PR opened linking issue → In Progress
   • PR merged → Done

4. Link from repo sidebar and README

Acceptance criteria

• Board public and visible
• All 20 existing issues triaged
• Automation working
• README links to board
